How we work
We are a buyer-side advisory firm. We represent buyers, not sellers, and we do not list inventory we wouldn't recommend.

Our approach
We only recommend properties we've reviewed ourselves. That means we look at the developer, the pricing relative to comparable sales, the legal status, and the build quality. If something doesn't hold up, it doesn't go on our list.
Over time, the number of properties we've advised against will exceed the number we recommend. That's how we'd want our advisor to work if we were the buyer.
Partners we trust
For Spanish tax and legal questions, we work with [Tejada Solicitors] in Marbella. For US tax implications, we refer clients to [Bright!Tax].
We do not receive referral fees from these firms. We recommend them because we use them ourselves.
Our tools
We use an AI research assistant to help answer common questions about the market, Spanish tax law, and buying costs. It can also connect you to us directly. It does not give legal or financial advice — that remains with us and our partners.
